Jennifer Ward (she/her) is a New York City based writer, director and editor. Her latest short film, Jules, screened worldwide and was an official selection of the BAFTA and BIFA qualifying Aesthetica Short Film Festival. The film centers around a teenager struggling to cope with her mother’s bipolar disorder. Her short film, GOBLIN, about two sisters grappling with grief in different ways, was selected for the Portland Film Festival. Jennifer is interested in exploring female centered stories that deal with complex relationship dynamics, often familial.
Jennifer is a freelancer specializing in creative development, production and post-production as well as the founder of Malibu Creative, a commercial production and post production company based in New York City.
